MultiNational Underwriters® - an international health and travel insurance company, is expanding its Client Relations Department. This is an opportunity to begin a financially rewarding and exciting career in the insurance industry.
The Bilingual Client Relations Specialist is responsible for promptly resolving or fielding in-bound Spanish calls, responding to questions regarding policies and procedures, and noting call information in database. No cold calls involved. CRSs must also research account history files and input data to update customer insurance information. Additional, related work may also be required.

Requirements
- Fluent in speaking and writing Spanish to English and English to Spanish language.
- High School degree.
- Previous experience in customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility a must; work schedule is 10:00 A.M.to 7:00 P.M.; work schedule subject to change
