Corporate Trainer

Description

MultiNational Underwriters^® - an international health and travel insurance company - has an opening in its Project Management (PM) Department. Primary responsibilities for the Corporate Trainer include developing and facilitating individual and group training sessions for adults in classroom and online settings. The trainer works with the PM Manager and the PM Assistant to develop new training curriculum, corporate resources, and administrative manuals.

This position also involves some project management related responsibilities with opportunities to assist with product development, text development and editing, and corporate research.

Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English and possess excellent grammar skills, computer literacy, flexibility to change, and self-motivation. The ability to motivate others, work with minimal supervision following training, and work with individuals of various disciplines is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a four-year degree. Corporate training experience is not required but training/teaching experience of some capacity is strongly preferred. Multilanguage skills, knowledge of medical terms, and/or background in insurance is preferred but not required.
